Byzantine Emperor Andronicus II Palaeologus issues a prostagma wherein he approves the previous decision of the Protos (Byz. Doc. No. 77) regarding the dispute between Hilandar and Esphigmenou monasteries over the locality of Kakorryax on Mt. Athos. With statement of month and indiction but without the Emperor's signature. Paper original, no seal, 19 lines, 21x31 cm, torn in the middle and with numerous spots. With manuscript copy of unknown date, no seal.
